Someone asked me the other day what is one of my favorite nonfiction books. The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks(also the author for World War Z) is the first one that popped into my mind. I love zombies but that's not the reason Brooks' book came to my mind; the book came to me because of its idea of helping people to survive under extreme situations through "personal experience". And yes! Going through high school falls under the "extreme situations" category to me. Therefore, I thought what could be better than gathering some wisdom from current students and shareing those experiences with you? Survival guide matters -- not just for surviving but for how it provides us with information and tips one would have a hard time figuring out otherwise.
In this Student Survival Guide you'll get tips on how to send a proper email, what are some good study tools, where are the best sleeping spots on campus, an introduction to the school traditions and more. The truth is, even with the survival guide, you will still run into walls, but I assure you that you will eventually find your path.
So tie your shoes, and let's get started!
