Journal articles from JSTOR
Bryn Mawr students, please follow the directions I sent you last week to access JSTOR from home. Gilman and Roland Park students go through your school's network to access JSTOR from home.
Tips for searching:
1. Go directly to the "advanced" search feature.
2. Check the "articles" box.
3. Put phrases or names in quotations. ("Revolutionary War", "Native Americans", "Indians of North America", Iroquois Confederacy". etc. If you have the name of an important leader try adding it into the search.
Note: JSTOR does also include some primary sources. After searching for articles, you could try checking the "pamphlets" box to locate some.
